Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe ("we" or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringing Material

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, providing the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
